2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
- Account information: Name, email address, phone number, and password when you register
- Professional information: Real estate license number, brokerage affiliation, service areas, niches, and professional biography
- Identity and voice profiling: Your professional story, communication preferences, tone preferences, and other information entered during onboarding (Zone of Greatness)
- Content you create: Posts, ideas, MLS data you input, and any content generated through the platform on your behalf
- Billing information: Payment details processed through Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
- Communications: Messages you send us through contact forms or email
- Partner Program information: If you enroll as a partner, your referral activity and payout information
Information Generated Through Your Use
- Content activity: Posts generated, approved, scheduled, and published through the platform
- Compliance records (CPR™): Certified Provenance Records created upon each content approval — these are permanent records associated with your account
- Market activity data: Market developments and Local Intel searches associated with your account
- Usage data: Features you use, frequency of use, and platform activity
- Organizational data: Team and brokerage affiliations, start and end dates of affiliations
Information Collected Automatically
- Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URLs, and access timestamps
- Device information: Device type, operating system, and browser version
- Cookies and similar technologies: Session cookies, authentication tokens, and preference data
Information from Third Parties
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): If you connect your social accounts via OAuth, we receive a limited access token and account identifiers as permitted by Meta's platform policies
- Stripe: Payment confirmation and subscription status
- Partner referrals: If you were referred to HomeBridge through our Partner Program, we receive attribution data from the referring partner
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the HomeBridge platform
- Personalize content generation to match your authentic voice and professional profile
- Run the Hyper-Local Signal Collector and deliver relevant market intelligence to your account
- Create and maintain Certified Provenance Records (CPR™) and PaperTrail™ documentation
- Process payments and manage your subscription through Stripe
- Send transactional communications including approval notifications, scheduler alerts, and account updates via SendGrid and Twilio
- Enable social media publishing through authorized Meta platform integrations
- Administer the HomeBridge Partner Program, including calculating and processing commissions
- Maintain organizational relationships between agents, teams, and brokerages as structured in the platform
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations
- Respond to your inquiries and support requests
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
Within the Platform — Organizational Visibility
If you are affiliated with a team or brokerage on HomeBridge, your team lead and/or employing broker can view your content activity, compliance records, and publishing history while your affiliation is active. This is a compliance requirement — brokers carry legal liability for content posted under their license. When affiliation ends, that organizational visibility ends immediately. Your content, CPR™ records, and identity profile always belong to you personally.
Service Providers
We share data with trusted third-party providers who help us operate the platform:
- Stripe — Payment processing and subscription management
- SendGrid — Email delivery for notifications and platform communications
- Twilio — SMS delivery for approval notifications
- Render — Application hosting and infrastructure
- Meta Platforms — Social media publishing when you authorize connection to Facebook, Instagram, or Threads
- Cloudflare — DNS, security, and performance services
All service providers are bound by data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your information for their own purposes.
Partner Program
If you were referred to HomeBridge through a Partner, we share limited subscription status information (active/inactive, plan tier) with the referring partner for commission calculation purposes. We do not share your contact information, content, or personal details with partners.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice on our website before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5. SMS / Text Messaging
If you opt in to text notifications, AutoMates by HomeBridge Group, LLC will send account notification messages (a daily activity digest and content approval alerts). Message frequency varies; typically up to one message per day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing or using the platform.
6. Meta Platform Integration
HomeBridge integrates with Meta's platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) to enable social media publishing from within the platform. This integration requires you to authorize HomeBridge through Meta's OAuth process.
When you connect your Meta account:
- We receive a limited access token that allows us to publish content on your behalf
- We request only the permissions necessary for publishing — we do not request access to your friends list, messages, or other personal data
- You can revoke HomeBridge's access at any time through your Meta account settings
- Our use of Meta's platform APIs is subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Data Policy

7. Data Retention
Account data: Retained while your account is active and for up to 3 years after account closure for legal and compliance purposes.
CPR™ Certified Provenance Records: Retained permanently as required for compliance documentation purposes. These records are immutable by design.
PaperTrail™ PDFs: Retained for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with standard real estate compliance practices.
Content: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 90 days of account closure unless subject to a compliance hold.
Billing records: Retained for 7 years as required by applicable tax law.
Partner Program records: Retained for 7 years for tax and commission purposes.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information through your account settings or by contacting us
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal information (subject to legal retention requirements, including CPR™ records)
- Portability: Request your content and data in a portable format
- Opt-out of marketing: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Note: transactional and compliance notifications cannot be disabled while your account is active
- Meta connection: Revoke HomeBridge's access to your Meta accounts at any time

9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
- Encrypted storage of sensitive credentials and authentication tokens
- HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
- DMARC, DKIM, and SPF email authentication to prevent spoofing
- Rate limiting and IP-based protections on sensitive endpoints
- Secure JWT authentication with properly managed secrets
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@homebridgegroup.co.
10. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for:
- Authentication: Keeping you logged in to your account
- Preferences: Remembering your platform settings
- Analytics: Understanding how the platform is used to improve it

11. Children's Privacy
HomeBridge is a professional platform for licensed real estate agents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately.
12. California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell personal information. You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it (subject to exceptions), and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. 13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of HomeBridge after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
